He is also co-owner of Steam on Sunset, a clothing store in South Miami.He was married to his first wife Cheri Maugans from 1979 until they divorced in 1984. He was married to his second wife actress Rachel Ticotin from 1984 to 1987, with whom he has a daughter, Greta. He and former girlfriend Liza Marquez have two children together: Marquez and Paloma.
