Overview

To carry out the biggest heist in history, a mysterious man called The Professor recruits a band of eight robbers who have a single characteristic: none of them has anything to lose. Five months of seclusion - memorizing every step, every detail, every probability - culminate in eleven days locked up in the National Coinage and Stamp Factory of Spain, surrounded by police forces and with dozens of hostages in their power, to find out whether their suicide wager will lead to everything or nothing.

It’s a rhythmic, stylish ride that balances brilliant tactical warfare with the messy, impulsive reality of human emotion. THE PROS The initial concept is a 100% authentic win; the first heist is a genuine masterclass in tension and strategy that keeps you guessing until the final second. The Professor (Álvaro Morte) is a total win for the "underdog genius" trope—his socially awkward brilliance makes him a sincere and regal anchor for the chaos. The show’s biggest win is its "anti-system" heart; it manages to turn a group of bank robbers into heroes you’d sincerely follow into battle. Berlin (Pedro Alonso) provides a visceral, unpredictable edge to the crew, while the anthem "Bella Ciao" turned the archive into a global phenomenon.
