⭐ Insomniacs Rating: 9/10 THE SUMMARY Twin brothers Smoke and Stack (both played by Michael B. Jordan) are trying to outrun a dark past in Chicago by returning to their childhood home in 1930s Mississippi. They use their life savings to buy a sawmill and open a juke joint, hoping for a fresh start. But the Jim Crow South is dangerous enough without the supernatural evil lurking in the woods. As a pack of vampires led by the menacing Remmick (Jack O'Connell) begins to pick off the locals, the brothers realize that "dancing with the devil" has finally brought the nightmare to their front door. It’s a high-stakes, Southern Gothic horror that blends historical tension with a bloody, supernatural siege. THE PROS Michael B. Jordan is pure quality in his dual role, making Smoke and Stack feel like two completely different people rather than just a camera trick.
