⭐ Insomniacs Rating: 7/10 THE SUMMARY The world’s most notorious reformed outlaws are struggling to stay on the path of the "Good Guys." Mr. Wolf and his crew—Snake, Shark, Piranha, and Tarantula—find their new lives as heroes tested when an all-female squad of criminals pulls them back into a gritty, high-stakes heist. It’s a pained tug-of-war between their old criminal instincts and their sincere desire to be better, set against a backdrop of double-crosses and epic car chases. THE PROS This sequel is an absolute win for the visuals alone. It hits a 7 because the stylized, "sketch-book" animation remains an absolute banger, offering a gritty, hand-drawn feel that stands out in a world of polished CGI. The chemistry between the crew is an honest highlight, with Sam Rockwell’s Wolf bringing a sincere, witty charm to the pained struggle of being good. The new heist sequences are epic and inventive, utilizing each character's unique skills in a way that feels fresh and fast-paced. It’s a fair shout for a sequel that manages to expand the world without losing the heist-movie grit that made the first one a win.
