⭐ Insomniacs Rating: 7/10 THE SUMMARY When the CIA’s most skilled operative, Court Gentry (Ryan Gosling)—aka Sierra Six—uncovers dark agency secrets, he becomes the primary target of a global manhunt. A psychopathic former colleague, Lloyd Hansen (Chris Evans), is unleashed to hunt him down, bringing a small army of assassins along for the ride. From the streets of Bangkok to the rooftops of Prague, it’s a high-octane game of cat and mouse where Six has to rely on pure instinct and a few unlikely allies to survive the night. THE PROS The action is relentless and delivered with a massive scale that only the Russo brothers can pull off. Ryan Gosling brings a cool, stoic grit to Six, making the bone-crunching combat feel tactile and weighty. On the flip side, Chris Evans is having the time of his life as the villain; his portrayal of Lloyd is unhinged and provides a sharp, humorous contrast to Gosling's dry delivery. The Prague tram sequence is an absolute standout—a chaotic, expensive, and visceral piece of choreography that justifies the film's huge budget. It’s a solid shout for anyone who wants a loud, globe-trotting spectacle that doesn't let up for a second. THE CONS It stays at a 7 because the plot is fairly generic, hitting every "rogue agent" beat without offering much in the way of surprises. The lighting and CGI in some of the night-time sequences can feel a bit muddy, making it hard to track the action during what should be peak moments. While the chemistry between the leads is decent, the supporting characters don't get much room to breathe, often feeling like they are just moving from one set piece to the next.
