⭐ Insomniacs Rating: 9/10 THE SUMMARY The 1994 cultural phenomenon that turned six 20-somethings in Manhattan into the world’s most famous surrogate family. Friends follows the interconnected lives of Rachel, Monica, Phoebe, Joey, Chandler, and Ross as they navigate the messy "Insomnia Cafe" years of their lives. Spanning ten seasons and 236 episodes, the show defined the 90s and early 2000s, turning the "Rachel" haircut and "we were on a break" into permanent pillars of the cultural archive. Even decades after the fountain splash in the opening credits, it remains the global "Go To" for comfort television. THE PROS The ensemble chemistry is a 100% authentic win; the fact that all six actors negotiated together for equal pay is a regal testament to the sincere bond they shared on and off-screen.
