Starring Jonathan Rhys Meyers as a perpetually young, incredibly athletic Henry VIII, the series tracks his transformation from a vibrant monarch to a paranoid tyrant across his six marriages. By April 23, 2026, it remains the definitive "entry-level" drug for Tudor history enthusiasts, having launched the careers of Natalie Dormer (Anne Boleyn) and Henry Cavill (Charles Brandon).
