Overview

⭐ Insomniacs Rating: 10/10 THE SUMMARY When a mission to recover stolen plutonium goes sideways, Ethan Hunt chooses to save his team over the objective, allowing the cores to fall into the hands of the Apostles. Now, under the watchful, suspicious eye of CIA assassin August Walker, the IMF must track down the mysterious John Lark. From a halo jump over Paris to a brutal bathroom brawl and a helicopter chase in the Himalayas, it’s a relentless race against time. This isn't just a mission; it’s the culmination of every choice Ethan has ever made. THE PROS This is epic status—the absolute pinnacle of the franchise and modern action cinema. Tom Cruise is a total belter, but Henry Cavill’s August Walker is a standout addition; the "arm reload" in the bathroom fight is punchy and instantly iconic. The stunts are a celebratory explosion of practical filmmaking—the halo jump and the London rooftop chase are masterclasses in tension. It’s highly recommended because it perfectly weaves together the series' lore, bringing back familiar faces for a sincere emotional payoff that makes the stakes feel massive.
